Rental Conditions

  1. Rates based on single 8 hour shift
  2. Two shifts - add 50% to basic rate
  3. Week is 40 hours - month is 176 hours
    (Excess hours will be charged accordingly)
  4. Machine arrives with a full tank of fuel
  5. Rentals are time out, not time used
  6. Surfwood offers rental discounts if your unit is in our shop for repairs
  7. Ask about our lower rates on long-term rentals
  8. Rental rates subject to change.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Fuel and oil used in daily operation
  2. Daily maintenance checks - oil, water, grease, battery
  3. Repair resulting from abuse or equipment, tire repairs, cleaning or repainting
  4. Delivery Costs
  5. Taxes

Insurance

  1. Customer must obtain "all risk" and public liability insurance coverage
    prior to delivery of any rental unit
  2. Licensing will be customer's responsibility
